Membership

New memberships

Annual membership runs from July to June of the following year. Joining at anytime has equal value and no pro rata fees are available.

To become a new member of Anaphylaxis Australia you can sign up online or contact us:

Shopping online when becoming a new member

In order to receive your member only discount of 20% on all shop items when shopping online, you will need to wait until your membership has been processed. Once processed the member only code will be mailed to you.

Existing membership online renewal

Current members of Anaphylaxis Australia may now renew their annual subscription online.

Lapsed/ expired membership

If your membership has lapsed, please contact the office 02 9482 5988 about renewing your membership. Lapsed memberships will no longer have access to the member only discount.

Members’ only discount.
As indicated, current members only of Anaphylaxis Australia (‘current membership’ means you membership fees have been paid and are up to date) are privileged to the member only discount on shop items.

If your membership has lapsed / expired or you are a non member and you make use of the member only code, your order will be held up until we contact you to confirm your membership status and collect any outstanding amount required before dispatching your order.

Shipping Policy
When you register and check out online you will be able to choose Australia Post Delivery options.

Once your order has been received we aim to process it and send it out within 3 business days of us having received it. More shipping information is available on checkout/ registration.

Returns Policy

Returning an item
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and any return delivery costs, will still be payable by the customer).

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the price you paid for the item including any delivery and return delivery charges incurred.
